Return conditions
You have the right to cancel the purchase and return the purchased product within 14 working days after receiving the product in the form of store credit or to the original form of payment.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
Defective pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty.
Shipping charges will only be refunded when it's our error that caused the return, such as technical failures found during use.
Items that do not have an intact manufacturer seal will be considered as used, even if you have not used the item. These items will be treated as bio-hazard and will be disposed of accordingly. Our return policy is deliberately rigid. We have a strict return policy in place for the safety and peace of mind of all our customers and employees. Please note that every item we sell is brand new.
If you purchased your product from another website, retailer or store, only defective items may be returned under warranty with valid proof of purchase. We will not accept returns on item(s) purchased from another vendor.
How to return
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please contact us by live chat or yyhorse@yeah.net. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
About the returning address, we will inform you after you apply for a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Unless the product has quality problems, return and exchange shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the product amount of the order (excluding the shipping fee).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
